reCAPTCHA

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help prevent spam. This may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Our products

Our desktop applications (including Codiko) are designed to be local-first. Your project data — manuscripts, characters, timelines, and any other creative work — is stored on your own computer and is never sent to our servers.

If you choose to use AI features in our products, queries are sent directly to your chosen AI provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or a local model via Ollama) using your own API key. These queries do not pass through our infrastructure.

How we use your data

We only use personal data you provide through the contact form to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or support request
  • Communicate with you about our products if you have opted in

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies of our own. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies as part of its spam-prevention functionality.

Data retention

Contact form messages arrive in our inbox as standard email. We retain them only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.
